What is the Condo Rental Process At Miami Beach Luxury Retreats

Step 1. Browse through our website and choose the condo size and features best for you then send us a request online. Call our reservation agent and let them help you select the condo that is right for you at 1+305-807-2361.

Step 2. Once you have selected the condo of your choosing and we have answered all your questions, we will e-mail you a simple rental contract so you know you have the legal right to that condo for the days you have requested. We accept all major credit cards and wire transfers.  Once you select your condo we give you 24 hours to send back the rental contract to give you enough time to finalize your itinerary. 

Step 3. You will then send us back the rental contract and we then begin to process it.  Reservations are first come, first serve.  

Step 4. Your reservation is finalized once you receive confirmation from us via email (this usually takes no more than 24 hours).  With this confirmation you will also receive information about the Setai resort as well as instructions on check-in and check-out procedures. 

Step 5. 4-7 days before your arrival, you will receive an email with detailed important information about the arrival process, where you check-in, how you get the keys, etc.

Step 6. We register you with the Setai resort so they will have your reservation upon your arrival and they will personally escort you to the room.

Step 7. The following day after your arrival our reservation agent will call you to see if you have any questions, etc.
