Our goal at Miami Beach Luxury Retreats is to exemplify excellence in all we do. This begins with how we manage our properties and take care of our clients, to how we market our condos and cater to our guests. Every aspect of our day to day operations is scrutinized on a regular basis. We monitor everything from phone calls to reservations, as well as housekeeping and maintenance. Our responsibility is to make sure we deliver the very best service in the most cost efficient manner. Some of the services we provide include: 1. Send monthly reports to all unit owners entailing a list of their reservations for that month, their profits, expenses, management fees, etc. 2. Pay all bills. 3. Run and pay all marketing campaigns. 4. Make all reservations. 5. Check-in and check-out guests. 6. Manage all maintenance and housekeeping.
Miami Beach Luxury Retreats takes the responsibility and pressure off of unit owners to rent their condos or have to deal with people looking to rent their condos. We also pay all unit owner bills, deal with all guest related issues, take care of maintenance and housekeeping, and manage all reservations and accounting.
We make it easy for unit owners to enjoy their condos. All we ask is that unit owners let us know ahead of time when they will be staying in their condos or when friends or family will be staying in their condos and we take care of making them available for them.
Target Marketing
The goal of our marketing campaigns is to use high impact marketing strategies to reach prospective guests in the most cost-effective manner. We utilize several marketing avenues including search engines and social media sites. We run campaigns on over 180 social media sites, all top search engines, private entities geared towards Setai clientele, direct mail, and email. We receive hundreds of inquires each month. Many of which we do not have the capacity right now to accommodate. We are looking to bring new condos on board in 2012. Our marketing has been very successful thus enabling us to bring new condos on board.
24 Hour Reservation Agents
Our reservation agents take calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our reservation system never stops working.
Onsite Management
Our onsite management team monitors our condos keeping close watch of inventory and maintenance. We take inventory of all units on a biweekly basis inspecting furniture, supplies, and all electronic devices. We also take inventory during all check-out cleanings making sure nothing was damaged or missing. If anything is damaged or missing we replace it or fix it before the next check-in. Our check-outs are between 11am-12pm. Our check-ins are at 4pm. We have a 4-5 hour window in between guests to prepare our condos. This takes an onsite team to accomplish.
5 Star Maid Service
Our maid service is one of the best in Miami Beach. They have been in business for over 7 years and specialize in 5 star maid service. The little things they do such as how they fold towels and make beds makes a huge difference in whether we end up with a return guest or not. Getting a guest to come back and stay with us again takes a lot of work. We go above and beyond in our services and amenities ensuring guests receive 5 star accommodations and services nothing short of what they would receive should they stay directly through the hotel.
